Stolen innocence

No, it's not okay for your child to be passed off as a provocative woman. Yet there is always controversy because some think 'it's about the fashion' or some bullshit like that..well it's not, it's about having a childhood primarily. As much as we all love a good read of Vogue, there was uproar when they featured the most outrageous infant model, Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau.
I know it's all in 'good' intention, to be mod and have a young girl looking like a woman, drawing you to take a closer look or read, alluring you in. I don't know if it's just me but I'd be more concerned in why she's modelling like this so young and not what she's modelling. She clearly is absolutely gorgeous but why don't they wait until she's older and psychologically ready to take on such a career. It's not far from the likes of those kiddie pageants, in which disillusioned parents shove their kids into, why in gods name would you want to sexify your child? what a disgrace. 
If you think about it, the fashion industry isn't the most nonchalant, it's pretty scandalous that these children are left out or forced to do these careers. They think it's fine if they say their daughters wanted to go out and do it, they're like 10, they don't know what they want yet and what you want is not what they want. Shame on you mothers! I only presume the parents are full-on head cases and don't really see the full extent of it in their shallow minds. Who wants people passing judgement on their child and how will this affect their child mentally in the future? All these things need to be taken into account.
