With a refreshing collection of romantic twists, a well accomplished father and her own label. Simone hasn't just got lucky, she's got something special. Her collection has been showcased at LFW with Fashion East and is now designing for Topshop. Three M's come into mind when looking at her work- Masculine, modern, minimalistic. It's pretty clear style comes easy to her and we can't thank her father for all of this as she has her own elegant quirky look. The textures and fabrics used are very interesting...Collars, knits, sheer, faux fur . After 25 years of being in business, John Rocha is still a relaxed man and this comes out in his designs. Although Simone shows some similarities to her Chinese father,she herself adopts a more enthusiastic and edgy characteristic. Now living in London, she often looks back to her home place of Ireland where she seeks inspiration. I have yet to criticize her work, can the Rocha's do no wrong? She has me sold.
